What freedom(s) do you think you SHOULD have but don't?

I think I should have the freedom to not be taxed based upon how hard I work.

I think my community should have the freedom to set standards for education and family without interference from the state and federal government.

I think I should have the freedom of giving to charity based upon my values instead of the government dictating which charities are worthy of taxing me to support.

I think I should have the freedom not to wear my seatbelt or not be taxed $15 each year to have my tires (and other parts of my car) checked.

I think I should have the freedom to plan for my retirement with my money instead of government perpetuating the dysfunction of non-planners with my money.

What about you? What freedom should you have but don't because someone has taken it away from you?

Thoughtful Readers Speak:
oh if it were only so
I think my community should have the freedom to put up the 10 Commandments if we want to. By God, the states used to sponsor Christian denominations (even with tax dollars) when the Constitution was founded. Now, I can't even recite the pledge without the brows of the ACLU rising?
