The sense of Embryonic Stem Cell Research
You know, I really don't understand why certain people love to take the life of the unborn. What thrill do they get out of aborting fetuses? Is it selfishness that drives the majority to abortions? Is it selfishness that drives people to support embryonic stem cell research? Have we become so driven by the pursuit of pleasure, that our love for other people (including the unborn) has disappeared? It just doesn't make sense to me. I just don't understand it. Our selfishness tears up my heart.
I recently got to hold my niece. It was very cool; she is a precious baby. Childhood is precious. So precious, that even Nancy Pelosi surrounded herself with this coolness on her first day as Speaker. But, why is she so quick to support the death of one of these little ones? Where is her heart? Her conscience? Her soul?
I just don't get it.
